Daylight Savings Time Changes Kill Pedestrians

Studies are beginning to show that changing the clocks back an our each fall increases vehicle-pedestrian accidents by 37% compared to the month before, according to the Associated Press. Although in the spring there are fewer deaths after the clocks move forward, they don’t offset each other. They say that in the last 7 years, 250 people have died due to the time change, and in the spring 139 fewer in the spring. Who knew it would cause such a problem?
